General Data Protection Regulation known as GDPR came into force on 25 May 2018.
GDPR is all about protection of personal data, how it is stored and how it is used.
Please note that personal information given to Dutch Spotted Sheep Society, (DSSS), will be stored within password protected computers and systems owned and used by DSSS.
These details are kept for use in the normal functioning of the association, for use in the Grassroots database so we can issue registrations etc and in our accounting system so we can issue invoices etc.
Details kept for these purposes may include your flock number, flock name, contact name, email, postal address and contact number(s) provided with your original membership application.
We gain your permission for use elsewhere, for example in the Member's Listing on the DSSS website or within any flock book produced by the Society.
