Following on from our amazing success at Worcester, Beech Hay have decided to make three more recipients available.
We have two ewes carrying twins and a further ewe carrying a single. The recipients are registered Poll Dorsets from MV accredited
flocks.
All embryos are sired by Ambassador of Beech Hay (Dutch Import) Champion Male Dutch Spotted Sheep & AOC at the Royal Welsh 2018. (As
pictured)
These were all scanned in-lamb on the 5th
November.

COFTON FLOCK
We have decided to sell the first of our Dutch Spotted Rams. He is a shearling having been born from our original imported ewes, so he is all Dutch breeding . He was used last year and produced lambs but we have his brother and two younger brothers!!
He is registered with the DSS(UK) and will only be related to a few of our Spotteds, very few others in the UK.
He is fully up to date with Heptavac and worming.
We are located in Devon at Dawlish but can arrange transport if required!
If you look through Cofton Flock you will see many of his relations and this years lambs .
We have just killed our first Dutch Spotted for meat and it was well graded, good lean meat with a great flavour . This breed is attractive , different, docile and makes an excellent commercial cross as well.

With the first ever society arranged import of DSS lambs arriving in the UK very shortly from Holland, we can confirm that all the lambs have been carefully selected by our Dutch contact/partner and expert breeder, Joost Louter. The lambs have been selected for their outstanding quality and come from a variety of different bloodlines, meaning they will widen the UK gene pool significantly.
All the lambs we are importing are sourced from MV Accredited flocks and will arrive with all the legal and relevant papers and pedigrees that shall allow them direct registration within DSS(UK) as
imported sheep. All the paperwork & certificates will be available when you select and collect your sheep at our selection day.
