By agreeing to the membership of this society, you also agree to these terms. At renewal of your membership you will be asked to agree to the terms. When logging onto our online registrations for the first time you will also be asked to agree to them.
Any breeders who are not members of the society (ie breeders of imported sheep) must also agree to these terms by completing the appropriate form which can be found in the download page.

DSS(UK) GDPR Statement:
Personal information given to DSS(UK) (at the time of membership registration) will be stored within the password protected computers & systems owned and used by the DSS(UK).
Basic information including Flock Number, Flock name, Contact Name & Region shall be published within the flock book and on the website for annual members, full details of trustees shall be made available at their consent. Flock names, owners, photographs and animal details may be used for publicity and media coverage.
Personal details such as postal address(es), email address(es) and telephone number(s) will not be given or sold to any third parties or outside organisations.
Breeders name and postal address will be printed on all pedigree, graded & import certificates.
